Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the automotive industry. As an entry-level technician, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while working under the guidance of an experienced ASE Master Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Greet customers and assist with their needs.
- Keep the shop clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive experience or completion of a Vo-tech course or other accredited automotive training program.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Missouri State Inspector Permit.
- MACS 609 Certification.
